Anyone have recipe for crock pot cocktail wienies?

I know you use grape jelly in them, what else?

Ingredients:
1/2 cup grape jelly
2 cups of your favorite bar b q sauce
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
2 scallions -- chopped
1/2 pound precooked mini smoked sausages


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 4 hours
