I know of no vaccine that controls AIDS. Some infected mothers are injected with something to protect the infant from getting HIV, but I don't know what they use. And liquid meds are given to children with HIV. To control AIDS, the only sure thing is safe sex.

i dont think there is such vaccine that can prevent you from not getting AIDS. for AIDS is a transmitted disease...

You cant prevent it, and you cant cure it.
