yeah, if you have had a cough for 3 years you may want to see the doctor about it. It may be allergies to something in your room. Could be dust mites or could be dry air in your room. See your DR but in the meantime, try a air purifier, cover your pillows w/ a hypoallergenic cover, and get a humidifier in your room.
