I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about five yrs ago, whilst I was still attending college and had a foolish one-night stand. you need to eat fruits..exercise and probly drink a lot of water. you probably have a weak immune system or something. so just eat healthy and exercise/play sports and hopefully you'll be fine
