How do you prove the Gospels are real:
The writers: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John
Matthew and John were eyewitnesses to Jesus while Luke and Mark worked with and had direct contact with those who were eyewitnesses to Jesus – this means stories were not made up by believers 200 or more years later that cannot testify to what they are writing
Are the Gospels all one account copied 3 times or 4 different and separate writers telling their own version of the stories:
John’s Gospel has a few stories that are the same as the other 3 but then others that are not – his account must be his own view
Matthew, Mark and Luke – the synoptic Gospels – are all very similar but if looked at closely, stories do differ enough to see that each account is their own personal view point = 4 different and independent accounts of Jesus

An argument might be that the writers were trying to be known and gain something and they all made this Jesus stuff up…
Unlikely, at the time Christians were being persecuted by the 1000s at the hands of the romans – all the romans wanted were the Christians to say Caesar is Lord not Jesus, if they did not they would be killed – we know the Apostles were aware of this and yet they continued to spread the Word in the face of death
From this we know that the Apostles believed Jesus – no one would make up such a story to gain nothing and be killed for it if they absolutely knew Jesus was a fake
Did Jesus trick the Apostles – well, we can say the same thing we did about the Apostles – if Jesus knew He was a fake He took it too far b/c He knew what He was facing – death if He continued with His teaching and yet He continued anyway

Maybe you can say we don’t have what the Apostle wrote – maybe over the years things were changed and none of these miracles happened
We have in hand, for just the Gospels, over 5000 copies that date back to 100-200AD, different languages from different countries – there are very few difference between them and none of them have the same difference – this means looking at all of them we can be sure that we have what the Apostles wrote and not something that has changed over time
Many other things can be said but that’s enough for here

You forget Roman and first century Historians, any one that argues with you is uneducated. People love to say "Oh no one said anything about Jesus til 300 A.D. they must have gotten their information from Barney re-runs. They believe in Baby Bop, and tinky winky, but not in the Lord Jesus Christ.
You keep on postin my friend, you have proof , they have chaos. All dressed up and no where to go--an atheist at his funeral.

just because you prove that Jesus was real does not prove that god is real. in order to do that you most prove that Jesus was who the bible says he was. Jesus could have just been a man. even the bible says that Jesus was a man it just claims that he was also god in the flesh. many religions have stories where a god comes to live among men for a period of time as a man. so if you prove that these people existed then wouldn't you prove that other religions' gods are real also or are you just proving that these people were actually on the earth and just thought to be more than what they were? so no if you prove that Jesus was in all a real person that actually walked the earth (which no one really has a problem believing) you are not proving that the christian god also existed you are only proving that there was a man in the early middle east in the time that the bible was written that was named Jesus. there is no way to prove that the christian god truly existed. sorry

You have so many what if's. Friend The 4 gospels even though they are written in different wordings, When all said & done, the same revealtion was the same. The spirit of the anti-christ began riding in Apostle Paul time, we see that 1st horse rider having a bow & went out to conquer, that shows me he was a bluff, Who would go out hunting with just a bow & no arrows. Even Paul himself said that the spirit of the anti-christ does now even worketh.We don't have to prove Jesus or God, They can do that very good on their own.

Your evidence that Matthew, Mark, Luke and John wrote the gospels? I know it's written in the gospels, but you can't use a document to prove its own validity. The same goes for your claims that they were eyewitnesses to Jesus.
And even if your meaningless rambling did prove that Jesus existed (which he probably did) that doesn't prove that God exists or that Jesus was his son.

Thanks for the laugh and the example of revisionist history. The stories of this fanciful character were not written until at least 300 years after his supposed "death". Not to mention that his name wasn't even written down until after the council of Nicea in 325"ad".
There is as much "proof" of the existence of jesus, as there is in the existence of leprechauns or Santa. Face facts, the ONLY account of the period is by Josephus, and it's now known that that one single paragraph is a forgery.

ask yourself first. why am alive? if there's no god all you see are not created.
