Concealing/getting rid of spots?

I have a spots on my chest due to acne and having chicken pox last year(adult chickenpox is no fun). Now, my dear friend is getting married and she wants me as one of her bridesmaids. Its a nice stapless dress but I don't know what to do just to have a clear looking chest for atleast one day. The wedding is not till feb, so i would also appreacite suggestions on remedies before then

My friend had the same problem - she has a scar on her chest from surgery and was a bridesmaid last year. I suggested she use Laura Mercier's concealer, which is in a palatte of a couple of colours that you can mix to match your skin tone. Her make up is famous with make up artists to hide serious imperfections. Anyway it worked a treat. If your spots are quite red, then cover it with a green colour corrector first before covering with the concealer - you will get this with most make up brands.
