I fear ladies yet i want to get into a relationship. I fear to be turned down.What should i do? I need to love and to be loved. How can i over come this fear and get a girl friend?

you need more self esteem, rejection is fine it is the way you look at it, it is every humans god given right to love who they love, good or bad, so if you would like the choice then so must they. We choose friends, and others we don't like, for a reason, so look at it like that and try not to take it so personally, there is never a reason to be mean though. Write out all the good things about your self, keep it and look at it before you ask a chick out.

It is inevitable everyone gets rejected and turned down and everyone suffers a break up.
All you can took is keep your head up and get over your fear and give it a shot.
And when you do suffer a breakup and a rejection just keep going.

You need help my friend, I don't know what you expect from us. I can tell you to get in touch with a counseling group.
Maybe if you join a church group to start with, go in easy and get used to people with other ideas, say things get involved. Maybe it would give you some backbone and you'll start taking chances.
