Part of it is fear of allegations of sexual harassment, and part of it is just fear of rejection. Lots of men are terrified of being rejected. Just be patient and work with them! Good luck!

Historically men have always been the initiators of relationships with women. In recent years, women were liberated and demand equal status with men. Plus, if a man approaches the 'wrong' woman, he can be arrested and charged with things like harassment, sexual misconduct and an assortment of other serious offences. It is also possible for the woman to use her social position to intimidate a man; if she's with her friends, no man wants to face the humilliation of being rejected in front of a group of women.

The people who waits for others to say, remain waiting for the entire life and would find others grabbing his/her love. So be smart, forget about logic, make yourself a good human being and a deserving person and achieve your goals as and when required or relevant.

Ok, not true. I want to make the first move on this guy and i'm definitely not afraid of rejection but i dunno what he'll think! Will he think me too brazen? Coming on too strong? I have my fears as well. So do guys actually like it when a woman makes her move first? Cos i definitely want to do that but i have no guts!

uh, you dont. I made the first move on my girlfriend. You're taking a personal situation of your own and applying it to everyone, assuming its what happens with everyone. Thats called stereotyping.
