I'm sure there is a cure but if it gets released to the public then the doctors won't be making as much money.
As I am also sure that there is a cure for cancer! but if the cure was released to the public, then there would be no more need for oncologist doctors and nurses. They would all be out of a career!
Being sick is a multi-billion dollar industry. Doctors, nurses, specialist, etc, make tons of money off people being sick and needing medicines!

No not yet. But I have heard of a vaccine for HIV but it's still under thorough research.

I think there is. But it will never be distributed because there is more money in the maintenance.

safe sex, clean needles if your an addict.
But it doesn't work if you already have HIV.
