Definitely--it gets out all the excess paste foam from brushing in addition to the particles I brushed out of my teeth.

I brush my teeth, then rinse the toothpaste out of my mouth with a few swigs of water. Then i rinse with mouthwash and clear out all the bacteria. then i go to bed!

yes. swish your mouth out w/ water. then you dont have the gross feeling of crunchy toothpaste in ur mouth and its healthier that way.
