well that depends on who made the tea... and if you're sure it's herbal tea you are drinking...but apart from people spiking your herbal tea i don't think you can but then again i guess some herbs could lead you to have hallucinations...hmm herbal tea doesn't seem so safe anymore ,lol anyways xXx

i know types of herbal tea to get you high though, but iv never seen herbal tea to get you drunk :)

You can experience hallucinations from drinking nutmeg tea. According to wikipedia, "Myristicin and elemicin are believed to be the chemical constituents responsible for the subtle hallucinogenic properties of nutmeg oil."
I don't know of any others.

Yes almost everything that are "mixtures" especially the one under reference here can get someone drunk. No matter its medicinal worth, sometime, they are better be done away with.
