In the bible God in wisdom has instructed you to test all things by the scripture of God. And to test a matter by much prayer fasting and search out the matter in the word of God. Which all would consider wisdom. That being the case. Have you done that in reguards to your faith?
Long before the catholic or any other church was established God had a plan for the slavation of the human race. That salvation plan is called the Gosple. As God is God and to him belongs all the Glory he has to become the actualy person of salvation and he did that in the from of his son the lord Jesus Christ. This man overcame all temptation and sin was took captive and Christ became our advocate and high priest before God the father for all times and he became our one high priest. He alone now stands before God on behalf of man. Setting our prayers right and also praying for us. To him alone has this function been given. No earthly priesthood remains in effect, his priesthood is divine as he is.

As it was shown us in the bible that the earthly priest of Levi still had great sin and i mean great sin. Sexual perversion, ect. And that they were only counted holy but in fact were not holy and subject to the human condition It seems right that God would indeed send us a high priest who being with out sin has become the high priest before Our heavenly Father for all times has made Jesus Christ our eternal high priest. Jesus said my kingdom is not of this world. He was right but his heritage is of this world we are hsi heritage. God in affect have replaced any earthly priesthood with a heavenly priesthood. So how is it that the priesthood of the catholics church is from God. For it pleased God to subject Christ to the shame of the cross that at the end of the ages he who was slain from the foundation of the earth would be esteemed above all creation and be seated in heavely places being made a priest in the order of Melchizedek forever.

The only question I can see that you have asked is, "Have you done that in regards to your faith?"

Your "take" on this is typical late-day Protestant .... and totally without merit.
You guys show up 1500 years or more late, after the whole world has already been converted to Christ, and all the real work has been done, you make up your own arbitrary rules, based on doctrines that never exised, and then you have the nerve to try to redefine the truths that were originally given to us by Jesus, and accurately passed on to us by the original apostles and their disciples, through the only church Jesus ever founded.
At the Last Supper, Jesus established the new covenant ministerial priesthood so we on earth could participate in the same one time, once for all sacrifice that he personally and eternally presents to his father in heaven, solely for our benefit.
This holy liturgy of the Eucharist has been the source and summit of all Christian life since that very day.
The apostles knew it and practiced it. Their disciples knew it and practiced it. The Catholic church always knew it and practiced it. We still celebrate it today.
You're welcome to join us, but otherwise, study your bible some more before you go making ridiculous claims about things of which you obviously know little or nothing.

Yes, Jesus Christ is our high priest, but that does not eliminate the need for an earthly priesthood. There are still followers of Jesus Christ here in this world and those people neeed to be taught and ministered to.
If there was no need for an earthly priesthood, why did Jesus command His disciples "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you?" (Matt 28: 19 - 20).
Jesus also intended there to be a priesthood for the forgiveness of sins when He gave His disciples the power and authority to forgive sins -
Jesus said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you."
And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, "Receive the holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained."
John 20: 21-23
God's plan for salvation of the human race includes all of us leading each other to Jesus Christ. The ordained priesthood is part of that plan. They teach, celebrate teh Eucharist and forgive sins.
There is no doubt that some in this ministry are evil and have been corrupted. Remember that one of the first 12 that Jesus called, Judas, betrayed Him. Does this make the rest of the 12 invalid?
No.

Before the first written Gospel the believers lived by tradition did this make them any less the followers of Christ? the Gospel is freedom from the law that sets man free from unbearable restrictions and you people use the Gospels as the Pharisee`s used the law of Moses to keep people in chains,Jesus said that the Sabbath was made for man and not the other way round,so the Gospel too was made for man and not to be so restrictive that no one can live up to it.
Do Protestants think that they have it all down pat? are you so righteous that you can afford to quote scripture and verse as if you are in fact perfect, we all have the Gospel of Jesus and also the tradition that has come down to us from the Apostles but we do not constantly hit you over the head with it, leave the judgment to the Lord and try living as Jesus lived by setting prisoners free and not by the hypocrisy of the scribes and pharisee`s.

I'm a Catholic and I can say that the Catholic Church is a learning tool for helping me when I need it. It does not take the place of God. It never tried.
