gingin is right. I have been on extreme diets and stayed on one for 6 weeks before I lost 10 pounds. Your metabolism shuts down, and the sad part is that it doesn't restore itself after you start eating normal again. That's why you gain weight even when eating very low calorie. You must be conservative. Stay away from all junk food, starches, sugars, fried food - eat a lot of salads (be careful the dressings are fresh home made with olive oil or coconut milk) and lots of vegetables and some fruits. Eat some meat (chicken, fish best) if you want, and some nuts but not a lot. Eat until you are full. Eat as often as you need to. You will lose weight without throwing off your metabolism. If you don't, have yourself checked for hypothyroidism.

A lot depends on how big you are to begin with, but 15 days is a long time for 4 kiwis/day. You'll lose quite a bit, but it won't be worth it because as soon as you eat more then the kiwis, the weight will rush back on.

If you exercised, it might be different. Just eating kiwis I'd say you would between 5 and 10 pounds.

Most of what you will lose is fluid which will return as soon as you begin eating properly. You will lose electrolytes, vitamins, and so many other vital essentials to good health it won't be worth it. You will experience shakiness, headaches, bowel problems, and strength. This is not a good idea.

That is not the point. The point is "how much will you damage your health and how much weight will you put on later"
Try eat healthy and exercise. That will do.You may not get thin in a week but it is the best you can do for yourself

Thats pretty hard to answer.
Everyones metabolism is different.
You would be loosing alot of fluid and your body will be storing every little bit it gets because it will be in starvation mode.
This will mean you will probably loose up to 3kg's (6.6Ibs) in the first 3 days, then it will slow.
My guess would be 6kg's (13.2Ibs) all up.

Depending on how much you weigh, you will probably lose 20-25% of your body weight.
