Do yoga for overall health and being comfortable with yourself, in your body, etc. Particularly do backbending postures (work into them carefully and always keep the tailbone tucked under by lightly activating the glutes) and an asana called vashista-asana, side plank pose.
Deltoid presses are also useful, because they will help you to lift your shoulders up when you take them back. Do NOT shove your shoulders back to improve your posture. The shoulders need to lift up as you take them back, so it's like a small shoulder roll--take them up back and down.

In the olden days, we walked with books on our heads to get in the habit of good posture. Also imagine you are a puppet with a string coming out of your head and being held up by it.

Weight Training... Period. Specifically, back rows, bench presses, and situps if you want to target the involved muscles. These all fall under my faller routine, but I found when I am training consistently, it automatically improves my posture.

Why go through those physical activities when you can just take a picture of yourself (whole body), then edit in Photo Shop whatever you want to appear good.
Then send it to whoever you want to impress, and tell you're in vacation in Baghdad and will be away for a while.
Wait...did you mean in person?
