i believe the headache is a sign of your body ridding it self of all the toxins that had built up in your system over the years of "unhealthy" eating... so actually i would say the headaches are somewhat of a good sign, you can probably find some sort of natural herbal remedies to help with this problem on the web (maybe dandelion tea or something)

You must try to keep yourself hydrated even if you throw it up. I know that is a terrible feeling. Gingerale or 7-up (small sips) and toast with a little butter should be easy enough for you to at least try to eat. If you can keep that down then try some chicken noodle soup a little later. As far as the headache it may very well be sinus related. Sinus headaches will make you throw up. I would ask your doctor if it is OK to take a sinus med. I hope you feel better before Christmas. Take care

Talk to you attending physician immediately! Obviously, vomiting itself isn't a cause for concern in pregnancy but when coupled with a headache that's lasted for more than a few hours, you could be showing the beginning signs for preeclampsia.

Yeah, listen to captkev above. You need to phone your doctor right NOW. This may or may not be related to your pregnancy. But, there are many serious conditions that need to be immediately ruled out. It could be a matter of life or death. You need your blood pressure checked right away. Get prepared to have someone take you to the hospital and place a call in to your physician right away. RN

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
