I am 15 and my doctor said that I may stop growing in less than an year after xraying my body for hormones and bone age...
Are there any special food stretches tips?

i heard sleeping is really important.. do i need to sleep at 10 pm?

Drink more calcium because they help bones to grow,even if a little. Yes,for teens at your age,sleep for 8 hours, if not, at least 6 hours.

adults need between 6 and 9 hours, depending on the individual. but for someone of your age, id recommend at least 9. and yes, its very important to proper mental and physical development.as for food, remember that there are certain substances that are bad for a growing and developing body, such as: sugar, caffiene, alcohol, any kind of narcotic drug, any drug,medication, or substance that causes either dehydration or hyper-tension (anti-depressants, soda pop, "uppers", diet pills). also, avoid fasting, because it can cause malnutrition for a growing body. yo-yo dieting also has this effect. you need lots of protein and fruits and vegetables. if your thinking of becoming a vegetarian, wait til your at least 18.

generally adults sleep half as many hour as they are awake but for teens it should be more like ten or more hours a nite. and eat a balanced diet stay away from caffine and nicotene.
