You should be a little more specific. Ask them if they know something about a product you're looking to buy, or if they know anything about this or that. I think they would be more willing to talk if you asked for their help or asked them a casual question.

It depends on what you wanna propose or say. If you mean jus talking then start talking about things in the mall or anything good. Most of the times try to be funny and not very serious. But only know where u r heading.
Anyway a shopping mall is not a very good place to me. How about office or in a restaurant

I know the teenage years are difficult dude.... but sheesh, work it out, like millions of other people have before you.
Hey, how are you - not gonna work dude. Need to be in a space where you are looking at something - pass a comment about it, or ask their opinion about something. Topic could be anything.
Point 2 - don't do this when the girl is in a group. It will only end in grief.
I may not know what I'm on about. I've never asked a girl out - but had quite a few girlfriends, and now happily married.

You're trying too hard with the wrong people.
"Cold calling" -- and what you're doing is a variety of cold calling -- has a very low success rate.
Start with girls you know and work up the relationship -- you've generally got to EARN the right to ask them out.
Speak to the people who meet in the course of everyday life -- at the supermarket checkout, at school, over lunch or wherever -- even if it's just to say Hi!. And don't speak ONLY to "prospects" -- you need practice at speaking to people in general in totally non-threatening situations.
It's from the non-threatening contact that your real opportunities will arise naturally.

U wana talk with women abt something they like but u dont even know what they like..u dont even know their names!!Dont go for "Hey how are you" it aint so good...Try to make thngs up like umm show her that u are looking for something that u cant find and ask for her help(if u are at the mall). If she responds to u,move on to the next level and ask her abt her name after u introduce urself...talk with her more and make thngs up..if she seems interested, then u should keep on talking. When she wana leave, ask for her email or phne number or somethng and give her urs.If she gave u her phne number, then she is interested in u....not all women are like this and u should expect some who might fail u down !!its ok just live with it cz this is life...and have self-confidence!!good luck

Have you ever tried. . .'this may be the cheesiest line ever but hi my name is_____and I want to ask you out in approximately 13 seconds.'
It doesn't matter what exactly you say. You just have to catch us off our guard maybe make us laugh. Be fun easy going and if you get the vibe that they're not interested walk away before they do and give them your number.

find something they are interested in by looking at what they have bought or what shop you meet them in. ect. or just introduce yourself first, what ever you do dont say anything that will make them think you are shallow. like saying 'your hot' or anything that might seem like you are jumping the gun
