To answer you're question one person cannot because one person cannot possibly grasp the Concept of the universe. They think they get it but they don't. You cannot kill the universe if you cannot understand it and no human being can understand the universe.

tGod does not commit Sui cide .Even he gods can not destroy he world as mater is indestructible and nature itself is said to be God .Many a man confuse God with the aspects of human beings ; mortal human beings .God is not a man as God's potentials are not human but divine , not mortal but eternal.not finite , but infinite.God has not created a man capapble of destroying the the universe .

I think this can be interpreted that he can turn off an entire section of Heaven or even galaxies whenever the time is ended.
