Jesus Christ was not a god. There is only one God. Jesus is God. God in his wholeness is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Man fell short of god through his sin and God is righteous and can not simply agree with sin therefore mankind is worthy of death. God had a plan for man before creation. That plan was to overcome sin and pay the penalty of sin for man and that penalty is death. In order to pay the penalty fro man god had to be tempted as a man and overcome sin and fulfill the law that no man could.God came to the world as a man and was tempted and remained righteous and laid down his life to die in our place all who accept his atonement. God became a mortal man who had all these human qualities so that he could overcome sin as a man which meant he felt pain and hunger and all the things any man feels. Christ unlike man was also God and did overcome and remain sinless and while here he taught us the meaning of the salvation he brought and that it is the only way to the Father because man is a sinner Christ offered himself and did allow his flesh to be killed in our place and in that way he became the only way to the Father.

well, I'm a Christian and i just wanna share something I learn in the school..
Jesus is not our God! God sent the Holy Spirit to Jesus Christ, so that Jesus Christ could also give a miracles to the people just like Him. Jesus is the human being and not God! There is nothing to think about why Jesus had a gossips about why He has a son and why he marry Mary Magdalene because for me Jesus is an ordinary person just like us but the difference is that He has a mighty power. He was given a task to help other Christians using the Holy Spirit that was sent to Him by our God.
that's all this is only my opinion..=)

God commanded Moses to make animal sacrifices. the old scriptrues also declare that gods belly makes a noice when hungry.
why animal sacrifices if God does not like the Fatted oxen?
He does, the scripture declare.
he doesnt like sacrifices when people are so wicked and still pretend to offer him sacrifice when they are not worthy.
Jesus came down to earth and became flesh, the prophet isaiah said he would come down and be born unto a virgin and live AmONG us.
no other human has been able to prove that he is god by dying and than raise himself from the dead. or even resurrect others as well.
While jesus may or may not be God the Father himself, i think it is clear that he is part of the Godhead where it called that 3 in heaven reign. but if you look at every planet in the galaxy, there just may be more than one saviour throughout the entire planetary sysmtem, that reigns on a throne that God gives them.

God comes on earth in an human body, for save mens from the slavery of their sins.Jesus payed the price of our sins, past, prezent and future.
The price was so great and needs ,that God must accept to be humilated by the evil,so to save His Creatures from the evil hands,if we whant and believe in that Salvation(because we were created with free choice, and God respect that),we must believe in Jesus Christ,He is The Way,the Truth and the Life. Jennifer says that "Jesus christ and God are the comparable person". needless to say she isn't a trinity believer, with the aid of fact her fact purely decrease one person out of the three. needless to say from the scripture you quoted as seen by trinitarians, the 0.33 person, holy spirit, isn't needed for everlasting existence. speedy evaluation and a lesson in language. AND a million. A particle which expresses the relation of connection or addition. it quite is used to conjoin a be conscious with a be conscious, a clause with a clause, or a sentence with a sentence the only genuine God AND Jesus Christ the only genuine God, Jesus Christ 2 completely distinctive sentences and meanings. for people who will quote different scriptures to supposedly prepare that Jehovah God and Jesus Christ are the comparable person - FIRST, clarify John 17:3 Now to extremely answer your question, the 1st step in gaining a relationship with Jehovah by his Son, Jesus Christ is to absorb understanding of them. it quite is mandatory understand precisely who God is and who Jesus Christ is to comprehend what Jehovah's will and objective is in connection together with his call and sovereignty. additionally, how Jesus Christ fits into Jehovah's will and objective. If we are at a loss for words approximately the two of their identities or applications, we can't stay in cohesion with Jehovah's will. we can't carry out the objective of God. Jesus pronounced that he had a God. Jesus pronounced that he had a Father. Jesus outstanding between himself and his father. i'm going to take his be conscious for it. John 20:17

I know a lot of people wonder about that very subject. But Jesus is spoken of in the scriptures as “a god,” even as “Mighty God.” But nowhere is he spoken of as being the Almighty God. Jesus is said to be “the reflection of God’s glory. Jesus in no way seeks the position of his Father. Jesus does though occupy a position far higher than men and the angles. In Colossians 1:15 it says “…[Jesus] is the first born of ALL creation. Jesus had a prehuman existence in heaven. But later, when he was to be used as the ransom sacrifice, he then Jesus came to the Earth from heaven. He wasn’t a sprit being anymore, but rather a human. So Jesus did need human niceties like food and water to survive. And as for God (JEHOVAH) he does have feelings. In John 16:27 it says that “ the Father himself has affection for you.” And in Isaiah 63:9 it says “ ….it was distressing to him.” And 1Tim. 1:11, is says “ The happy God.” So we see that he does have feelings. And why would Jesus pray to God if he was God. So it doesn’t make sense. Jesus prayed to his Father in heaven, not to himself on Earth. I know I didn’t answer all your questions, But I hope some of it was helpful.

I'm not angry. It's your right to question.
I think it definitely doesn't play into traditional ideas of who God is.
But Jesus as God is remarkable because God made Himself come to earth as a helpless baby. Because God wanted us to know that He understands inside and out. Everything.
I believe Jesus is the God. He's a part of the Trinity. That means God, 3 in one.
Sounds strange and I myself don't understand it completely. But God is God and I'm not. That's how I see it.
Jesus said that He was the Son of God in John 3:16 and He accepted worship as the Son of God in John 9.
So if He wasn't God, He was a liar.
Anyway, bless you.

God is the only God, Who created the entire universe in all its dimensions. All life was created or made to evolve, each type following its nature. Humanity was given something special, conscious thought, that allowed it to be self-aware, learn from mistakes, personal and others', be creative, pass on hard- earned knowledge to many future generations through recorded history and language.
The Old Testament is an ancient record of history of the people of Israel. Genesis tries to cover everything fron Creation through Moses' time in Egypt, and the farther back it goes, the more simplified the explanations are. After all, did it really matter what those giant dinosaur bones came from if it were long extinct? God didn't have to create the world in 7 days, but [he] could have chosen to. Outside of time God always exists as 3 interlocking aspects: the creator, Father; the obedient Son, our Savior and Brother; the Spirit, to guide us and strengthen our faith in His promise of forgiveness to all that believe in Jesus' holy sacrifice in our place for the sins of the whole world throughout all history, and in his return to life on the 3rd day to conquer Satan and Death itself.
From Moses' Exodus book on, the Bible operates in real time, until the book of Revelations, which speaks of the unknown future time when Jesus returns again, but not as a mortal. Much of the old testament witnesses how Abraham's descendants broke his covenant with God, how they were punished and yet received mercy, and were promised a Savior from their suffering. The New Testament is the new contract God signed in Jesus' blood, and this one is written on our hearts from the first time we truly hear the 'good news', the Gospel.
Only for the 33 years or so that Jesus spent as a human was he mortal, but for that span he was completely human, subject to the same needs, wants, fears, desires, emotions and weaknesses as the rest of us. He ate, drank, slept, laughed, wept, raged just like us. Unlike us, he never broke the Commandments in either spirit or letter of the Law. He taught the true meaning of the scriptures, healed the afflicted, and gave hope and strength to the weary, yet they [and now we] rejected him. He could have backed down and saved his own life, but he chose to obey the Father and face certain death for announcing God's truth that by the law we are all guilty of sin and worthy only of damnation and oblivion. We can only be saved by merciful grace, shown when Jesus put the sins of the whole world on his own shoulders and allowed the soldiers to crucify him, suffering for our sins when he was blameless. It was probably the weight of all those sins that made him cry out in despair
hanging from spikes all those hours bleeding to death, but he reganed his composure before he died.
When he was resurrected, he still had the gaping wounds from the spikes and the sword thrust in his side so even Thomas could see that it was all real.

You need to lay off the drugs and try living in the real world for awhile. If you truly want to know about God, then quit thinking you already know all you need to know and dismiss the possibility there is a God. Find a good Christian church (I would suggest Catholic Church ) and study what they believe. Then and only then could you make an informed decision about what true FAITH is all about. "The truth will set you free
