The reason why Muslims look to the moon for Ramadan is because the Muslim calendar is lunar calendar, which means that the calendar is based on the cycle of the moon. Unlike the Gregorian calendar, which is now widely accepted as the standard calendar, is based on the principles of the motion of the Earth to the sun. For your information, Ramadan is just one of the month in the Muslim's calendar.
The Kaaba is not the meteorites from outer space. It is just some rocks. Whether it came from out of this world or not is not important. The Kaaba was actually built by the prophet Abraham and his son, Ishmael. (peace be upon them). The Kaaba didn't look like what it's look like today. At the time of Abraham (peace be upon him), he and his son just placing some big rocks. Later on, when the place prospered, people slowly renovated until it became as what we saw today. The God ordered him and his family and his descendants to center their prayer to the Kaaba. They were not worship the Kaaba, but they were just centered their prayer to the Kaaba. His descendants later on turn to be the people of Mecca. After thousand of years, people abandoned his teachings. Instead of worshipping God, they took statues and idol as their gods. Then, the God sent the prophet Muhammad to resume the lost teaching of prophet Abraham (peace be upon them).
So, it was not the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who stole from the Arabs, but it were the Arabs who stole the teaching of Abraham (peace be upon him) and incorporated into their religion of paganism.

They look at the moon to check if it is a full month (Islamic Calendar). As for the kaaba, Islam belief in the prophecy from Adam til Mohammed. Kaaba is built by Abraham. All the prophecy deliver Allah message via these prophet. So, Islam didn't stole anything. It just continues what has been teach by other prophet.

In our holy Qur'an God stated that Allah created moon and sun for
the sake of humans in determining the time.We look at the emerging of the moon at the east horizon as the beginning of a month in the islamic calendar. It has no relation with the god of the moon. in the era of jahiliyah (before Islam). We believe in to Allah the only one God.We do not believe in other gods.

The whole theory you presented up there has nothing to do with Muslims looking up to the moon before Ramadan.
The moon is nothing but a celestial body to the Muslims created by God/Allah.
The only reason they look to the moon is that the Islamic calender is lunar i.e. it is based on the cycles of the moon. You endeavored to adorn your question with the theory and hence tried to make it look scholarly; I am sorry but it is downright stupid because it makes no sense.
Cheers.

YOU ARE AN IDIOT READ THE FOLLOWING VERSES!
"And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not bow down (prostrate) to the sun nor to the moon, but only bow down (prostrate) to "Allah" Who created them, if you (really) worship Him." [Holy Quran 41:37]
"They ask you about the new moons. Say: These are signs to mark fixed periods of time for mankind and for the pilgrimage." [Holy Quran 2:189]

They are using the moon as a basis of their calendars. Therefore they use the moon to tell them when to celebrate their holy festivals.
It is not unusual for a religion to base itself on previous religious customs. The first known monotheist was not Jewish but a Pharaoh living just before the Jews presence in Egypt. After which Moses, who lived among the Pharaohs, mandated belief in one god for his people.

Yes, the lunar calendar is used to date Ramadam, just like it's used to date Easter.
