-- Green, leafy vegetables.
-- Water
-- Lemon

Eat less:

-- Potatoes

Salmon apparently has an enzyme in it that keeps your skin clear and fresh looking. I really think it works, my friend has lovely skin and she eats salmon, also sushi.

Eat more "natural" foods like fruits and veggies. Cut back on caffeine, chocolates, and salty/oily junk foods.

all fruits and vegetables r good for ur skin..all rich fiber diet r good for ur skin..remove all white items from ur food..then u'r skin'll look great..google search for ur question,u'll get lot many pages to read

and finally tons of water to drink daily

Try foods rich in vitamin C like strawberry and citrus fruits.
Also foods rich in vitamin E...
