This Story was seen on CNN, but there have been no updates. The blog http://washingtonscandal.blogspot.com/ seems to have a handle on the story. Apparently the truck was carrying powdered Uranium/yellow cake for further processing in the Nuclear fuel cycle...think Entergy, and the aging, failing reactors at Indian Point.

Does such and accident show it is only a matter of time before we have a serious accident at our aging nuclear plants, many owned and operated by Entergy. For instance, the Indian Point site has already leaked over 200,000 gallons of highly radioactive water into our ground water resources here in New York, and is contaminating the Hudson River...has the time come to decommission this antequated facilities? Is relicensing such frail facilities a bad idea?

Gee, perhaps if you had a source with some independent confirmation, we might believe you.

And what does this have to do with the military?

I checked everywhere and I can't find anything about it, I think your blog got some bad information.
