You and your boyfriend are obviously too young, since you plainly do not know what you're doing. Grow up first, then try again. Maybe in the meantime you will hear of a little thing called foreplay.

there is actually a condition called vaginismus -google it.
maybe you suffer from this,i dont know...but it may help to see a doctor if the problems continue because it can be resolved

maybe the penis is too big? maybe you put it in the wrong place? or maybe if you're a virgin there is a little skin thingy that breaks when a penis goes in and it bleeds a little. but that's rare because it's very delicate and can break anytime when you're doing something athletic. i donno. o ya, and use a condom, flavored ones are fun! ;)

Did you try to have a foreplay first, it helps. You have also to lubricate so it will glide in smoothly inside.
