I do. And my cat loves it. But I am slightly embarrassed taking him out. I justify it due to the fact that he has leukemia and this is the only safe way for him to enjoy the outdoors. I am not a crazy cat lady who anthropomorphizes her animals and dresses them up in costumes, etc.

I think that is great!!
I was going to get one for my elderly terrier, but lost him before I could afford it. I carry my 16 yr old chihuahua in a front pack!

If I had one, I would take my cat out too, just because he is declawed (previous owner did it, i Wouldn't), and he loves exploring and watching things. We take him with us in the RV all the time and he loves it.

I've seen people with them before and thought it was a little odd, but in your case it does make a lot of sense. I've even seen people walking bunnies before though (that's a little weird...)!

Neither of my cats would tolerate a stroller! They're both too rowdy and would jump out of the stroller in under a minute!

I have had one in the past. I was an old play one and I'd take my kitties in a stroll in it. I also had a careseat for them and my baby dachshund once. Now all my cats get is a push around a small area in a rolling chair, when they feel like it that is.
And in you're cats condition, I appluade you for taking that extrat step for you're kitty. Even if he is sick, he needs to see the world outdoors from time to time. So it all comes down to him and his happiness. And of course it makes you happy...right? If so, then screw what other people think

I am sooooo jealous. Where do I get one of those strollers?

Oh, I'm sooo sorry that your kitty is battling leukemia right now. More power to him and may he win big time.

Hi there...I've seen the pet strollers and think they certainly have a benefit such as your situation. It's wonderful to hear how you want to give your cat the pleasure of experiencing the outdoor life safely without exposing him to other cats or compromising his health.

your not crazy, you just love your cat(s) and they trust you.
I have a special needs child who put my Manchester/ jack russel dog in a stroller all the time, she bounces the stroller down the stairs and the dog stays in it, so whom is crazy the dog or the child?
