i see this girl at school quite a lot, im pretty sure shes seen me and know my name and stuff. i really like her but weve never talked to each other, and she doesnt show that she wants to get to know me but...how do i make a really good first impression that i want to be with her and that im a nice guy...but i dont want to move too fast or i might scare her or leave her no time to decide

Smile and introduce yourself. Talk about what you know you have in common (school) or could relate to (family,your city,friends,etc). The latter can bridge that offer to a movie,dinner,or just a night our for some drinks. You don't have to tell her what you really think of her. She'll know & if she feels the same for you or feels that it can go somewhere then she'll keep seeing you too. Half of this is just introducing yourself and getting her to know you and like you enough to have a dinner with. Everything else will fall into place.Take care of the little things and the bigger things will take care of themselves.

Get her number and give her a call, sometimes it is easier to talk on the phone, also a lot easier to take it if she is not interested.
I always loved getting surprise calls from guys that i had noticed but were not in my circle of friends

everything depends. try to do a little background research for past boyfriends and stuff like that. see what shes into. im not saying be fake. just tend to do those things when shes around. you'll get her attention sooner or later.

just be around with her all the time when you have a chance,see to it that your appearance is awesome, that is the first and lasting impressions,try to catch her eyes and smile.say hi, the trick is you have to make a chick comfortable with you,dont push your self. to her ,just be cool .

she's probably shy. girls hate it when guys take too long to go up to them though, no offence. just suck in your guts and say hey. or if she goes to the same class as you, ask for help on hw or somethin and get to know her while she's helpin you out. get to know her, talk to her, and if you think it's the right time, ask her out. if she says no, go for another girl. remember there are plenty of other fish in the sea! ;)
