I'm a really really shy person when it comes to talking to girls. Im 26 and cant seem to get a girlfriend. I just dont know what to say when I see an attractive woman. I think I'm a nice guy and I wouldnt say I'm ugly but I just dont talk to anyone and I think thats the reason I'm stuck being lonely. What can I do to get someone to notice me? I really freeze up and dont talk.

Girls are just as nervous as you its ok some people are shy and others arent. When you see a girl you think is attractive just casually walk up to her and dont think about what you doing or gonna ay cause then you'll be more likely to srew it up. Or you could " accidentily bump into a girl" and then you can say Im soory and say a little joke and make her smile if you make um laugh its good. Or you can have a friend try and set you up on a blind date or go to a party and have one or two wing men but dont have someone who will steal the show away from you as your wing man. Sit in a starbucks and ask the girls at the next table what time it is or if they are exicted that Christmas is finally here its really not that hard. Be confident no slouching wear someting casual dont over do the colaon make sure you have good breath at all times. Bad breath is a major turn off. I used to be really shy too. Now I won't shut up haha but what I did was speak what came into my mind. (Like Gum is wierd, who invented the act of chewing gum? I mean did a really bored guy just decide he wanted to chew on a flavored piece of wax or something?) A lot of the time it would be random like that but it always started a great conversation and just don't pay too much attention to exactly who youre talking to, that just makes you think you have to act a certain way. As long as your still speaking appropriately and respectively you should be fine. :) Hopefully I make sense if not sorry.

It really matters on what you think in your head. Imagine what you might say and all the circumstances as if you are seeing a film, and talk to them. This realy helps between any person. Also, be open to them as if they were one of your old friends. Talk about how you feel these days, what happened around your house...etc...just as what you would normally say to someone you know. Lastly, you really can do it!!!

no offense, but those networks are in the crapper
you might find someone that has common interests and stuff
but like 90% of those people are lying
and even those people that are really themselves, the chances of sucess is basically zero.
my boyfriend of two years was rally shy like that too. he never talked. i just noticed him cause im a sucker for shy guys. all throughout college so far he's been there for me and ive gotten him to step outta his bubble

Dude! Women are people too! Talk to them just like you talk to anyone else. Be funny, but be yourself. The worst thing you could possibly do is be someone you are not. Even if you get a girl by pretending, its not likely the kind you want.

go to a club and drink a few drinks but don't drink too much because you might start acting stupid and then you wont have to worry about talking to no one. but if a girl come to you just start talking.sometime when a person have something to drink it make them come out of that shy stage. good luck

Well, I don't know if this works, but you can try online dating services. I think that you being shy will not affect you getting a date online.

Talk to them like you would any one else. Just think of her... a guy that's your friend, I am friends with more guys than girls, so I barely talk to girls... And I am one.

hmmm, maybe try meeting people through friends, if that is not an option, then take it slow, practice talking to people that you are not interested in, just every day conversation.
