It was a girl - the second woman. Eve was the mother - as there was no other woman to bear children. Adam was NOT the father, as ADam & Eve had only 2 children. Hence either Cain or Able was the father.

The Bible does not give the specifics of who was fifth human born on earth, probably because it is not critical to our salvation.
If you want to get technical about it, How many years were Adam, and Eve in the Garden of Eden? Why when they were kicked out was the point made that childbirth would now hurt (pain in labor) for Eve. Cane and Abel were not born yet when Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden. The (pain in labor) insinuates that there were possibly hundreds of more offspring in the garden.
I think you might want to ask GOD the creator when you see him just who did cane go off and get maried to.
That would be good.
I don't believe that anyone here knows an answer to your question.
You probably don't care for an answer, you might just want to create doubt in those who believe in creation.

If they were from the same family, we now know that they would have genetic defects. The dummies who wrote the Bible didn't have a clue. "Properly read the Bible is the most potent force for Atheism ever conceived". -- Issac Asimov.
