follow a diet that works for you(stay away from processed foods like boxed stuff and things like doritos).Eat a balanced meal plan.Try to go for 30% protein,40% carbs,30% fat of total daily calories. You can buy a body fat analyzer or go to a gym and they can probably measure your body fat using body fat calipers.to work your lower abs,do this
1.you need access to a pullup bar
2.using pull up bar, pull yourself up with the palms of your hands facing towards you
.lift up your legs perpindicular to your body your body should follow this movement(bottom half is your legs)
a.I b. I_
I
3.Do cardio,(run or jog for at least 20 mins, but no more than 45mins)

just follow those steps and you should have no problem. Also try to work out all parts of your body, bot just your abs.good sources of protein that i eat are things like whole wheat foods, grains, legumes(beans),brown rice, peanut butter.for you I would recommend lean meats like fish, with little fat.

rowing, boxing, dancing, cross country skiing, rollerblading, tennis, raquetball. the secret to getting a six-pack is not doing endless crunches, but doing vigourous, arobic activity to keep the fat off of your abs. fat is what covers the last 2 of the pack. if the top 4 are looking good, then the bottom 2 likely are too. you just cant see them yet cuz theyre still hiding. crunches, situps and leg raises will keep them toned and firm and defined, but not til theyre actually able to be visible

In order to get a six pack, you need to work those muscles out by doing ab workouts or something. You need to eat healthy too, but you can't just eat healthy to get those six pack.

Maybe just running and more sit-ups will do.
