Why isn't Mother Teresa given a country to control when she was alive even though she was more pope than any pope? What is happening in this world?

just being charitable doesn't mean that one can handle a country.

I doubt she would have wanted a country to control in the first place. She was out there helping people directly and seemed to love that. Had she wanted to control a country she wouldn't have gotten that chance because she was a woman. They would never have made her pope. Christianity is a sexist religion.

Mother Teresa did exactly what God wanted her to do. Care for the poor and dying. She was not asked by God or man to control a country. Bless her beautiful heart.

as **** your question may be Mother Teresa is dead and gone and that should be the state of her reign as well .obviously some have no idea of mother Teresa's value system! no offense but your kind of thinking is what the world needs to change.
Peace out and good tidings ......and have happy hooya!

Even if she's offered leadership for a country, she would decline it. She has such a big heart that doing the simplest and smallest act of kindness made her contented.

Her interest was not politics, it was the poor and she had enough to keep her busy.
