I wouldn't spend a lot of time and money trying to change too much. If you have very fine hair you will never have thick hair, any more than you growing 5 inches or getting bigger boobs.

On the other hand, your hair probably looks beautiful on you.

Blow drying your hair often helps increase body, just remember to use a curling or volume increasing product (scan your supermarket aisles for these, they are easily found... try Garnier Fructis or SunSilk) Try shampoos/conditioners with the word "volume" on the front too. I know you said you can't change your hair... well I used to have really fine, thin hair, but when I was around 12 I started getting a couple of layers in my hair... layers thickened my hair right up, so maybe next time you get a haircut you can try layers?? Don't forget to have your hair trimmed or cut every 6 weeks, this gets rid of split ends and makes your hair much healthier, trust me :)

Good luck
Happy Holidays!

the only way to physically make your hair thicker is with extensions...think about it, a shampoo isnt going to give you more hair follicles on your head for more hair to grow out of.

you can, however, make it LOOK like you have more hair and lots of body. use Amplify products, you can get them at salons. Its not so much shamppoo and conditioner that will have the most effect...its more the styling products. Get amplify Root Lifter, spray it on when your hair is wet, and then blow dry your hair upside down. then style as usual with a curling iron or rollers or straightener or whatever. this is what i do.

also, get your hair trimmed every six weeks. this will help keep body in your hair too.

after you shampoo your hair only apply conditioner to the ends of your hair. putting it on the roots weights your hair down. after you rinse that, towel dry and comb, not brush through. wrap your hair around big rollers, like 1 and half inches, depending on how long your hair is and spray with hairspray and when it dries spritz it one more time and let them out. for an easier thing you could always just sleep with some braids. waves always make you hair look fuller.

Massage your hair with mayonnaise (hellman;s or best foods is the best) 3 times per day for volume and growth. Then use olive oil or canola oil alternaltely the same way, massage it into your scalp. After 10 days, begin to alternate with lemon juice mixed with the olive oil, after that, WATCH OUT, you will be hairy as they come.

I use mane n' tail shampoo and conditioner and coconut oil or use aloe vera. They say it gives you thick hair.
