I used to be able to when I was younger but now I can't help but laugh when I hear what comes out of whoever's preaching; even funnier the faces of the people eating it up....
Any tricks on how to stop laughing out loud (besides not going to church coz I still want to get entertained)?

Try this: Think of all the torture, bloodshed, murder and mayhem that the church is responsible for. Think of the Bible verses in which the "good guys" rip women and babies limb from limb. I don't know about you, but that stuff always sobers me right up.

The best way to stop laughing out loud is to join in on the blessing and stop going to church to be entertain. God could bless you more if you would be real to him. The person who is being laugh at is you by satan and his demons. So watch what you do toward Gods people. Satan is glad to know you don't see the truth in what is really taking place therefor he wont bother you because you are on his side.

No you don't. You have probably never attended Church in your life. You are just an insult to yourself not worthy to associate with a decent person. It takes a lot of will-power. I used to try to distract myself by thinking of something else when the pastor talked about talking donkey's or other nonsense. But I agree that it is really hard.

I have tried the following mind numbing things.
Count how many people are in attendance.
Count how many people are wearing a particular colour. (that can take up time....depending on how many colours you choose to count.)
Try to figure out who else is doing mind numbing things.
Use your imagination.
