Well if you think your memory is too weak, then why not exercise it. Give it good sleep at night. Eat balance meals, an d try to learn something new each day. the reason for it being weak is you just may not be using it much. You may be just stuck on stress, and that will get you down, and your memory will, be all on the stress and problems in your life. So go out there, and enjoy yourself some times, and give your self a pat on the back once in a while, and get that sleep and have some fun with your friends, and eat right, and i think you will see an improvement in your memory.

The following foods improve memory and boost the immune system as well. Acerola storage nearly 30 times the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. Cantaloupe, black currants, flax or flaxseed oil, kale (member of the cabbage family), oranges, peaches, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, yogurt, chili peppers, but don't over do it. Add red
foods to your diet, such as tomatoes, strawberries. Olive oil buffer brains against memory loss. The brain is made up of fat and as you age, your brain needs more and more fatty acids to patch itself up. There are a lot of foods to improve memory, but it is impossible
to have everything in daily bases, so add some of those foods to your meals at least once a week: blueberries, beets, avocados, asparagus, barley, liver, oatmeal and tuna.
