For me it would have to be glaucoma. I had glaucoma in one of my eyes that I am blind in so I had symptoms until the eye could not take it any more. It was so painful I could hardly do anything. I was in pain for three days before I could see a doctor and by the third day I was almost to the point where I had been expossed to so much pain that I almost passed out but I did not. Anyway what is the most pain thing you guys have experienced

Well, I've never broken a bone or given birth, so I'm limited in what I can compare it to, but the most painful thing I've ever experienced is my screwed up spine. I don't mean a bad back, I mean my spine is malformed. It was undiagnosed forever, and no one really believed me.
When it got at its worst it was unbelievably painful. I couldn't move, could hardly breath, nearly passed out in the ER like you described. This was after I hadn't been able to feel my left foot in weeks, hadn't been able to stand upright for more than 30 seconds for some time (even to shower), and cried myself to sleep in a kneeling position when I could sleep at all. Narcotics didn't touch it.
The best thing that came of it was when I got an MRI. The MRI tech looked at the scan and said, "Wow, that must hurt." (and by that point I was able to walk again with a cane). I could have kissed him just for finally acknowledging that YES, I wasn't a wimp or liar, it HURT!

The worst pain for me was the pain cause by my TMJ (temporal mandibular joint) The pain was so bad, it felt better by pushing my eye back in my skull. Thank God I went to a oral surgeon who corrected my bite. My medical insurance didn't feel that there is no such thing as TMJ causing that much pain and refuse to pay any medical bills, so I had to shell out a lot of money. I always pray that they (medical adjuster) develop TMJ syndrome.
I've never passed a kidney stone, but I heard from many people that passing a kidney stone is one of the worst pain you can have.

The death of my hope and soul. The realization that rebillion is a social sickness, and conformity is the medicine....The realization that I'll never fit in....and that being bullied and beaten is the conformity withdrawl effect.......that life is a drug that you can't get off of, because death is an ever wrose drug......That the only way you'll be simi-okay with the world and be like me is if you're My Chemical Romance or HIM or BAM or someone famous who's made this "scene" "cool".......this is the worst pain......

When my leg got chopped off!
Joking! The most painful thing I've ever endured is just a sprained ankle when I was 5. But still, it hurt!
There's also the mental pain... I'd say seeing your partner in love with someone else.

A Bowel Obstruction.
I've had labor, major surgery, kidney stones.
None of them compare with a Bowel Obstruction.
