This works for grilling or oven baking. Marinate the salmon in teriyaki sauce and diced garlic. Make a packet out of aluminum foil with the salmon and some of the marinade inside, then put it on the grill. For the oven, you can just put the salmon and marinade in a covered casserole dish and bake or broil it.

Two ways to do it are grill it or poach it. grilling is nice, just a little seasoning and some olive oil rebbed on it then grill it til its pretty firm, but still a little opaque on the in side.Or...

Poach it in a court boullion, poaching water that has lemon, Pepper, onion, a couple cloves(2) and herbs. This will help with the tangy part. Again cook til just firm and still a little opaque on the inside,

Broiled Salmon with lemon pepper.
You can buy lemon pepper in the spice section at your grocery store.
Coat the outside with the lemon pepper...broil...done...good stuff.
Also could make a little puttanesca sauce to top it.
Whole peeled tomatoes (chopped), onions, garlic, capers. simmer...top your broiled or baked salmon. also yummy.

Grilling it would be best. Just season it with some lemon and some Old Bay seasoning.

After that, I would suggest broiling it or poaching it.

Serve with some rice pilaf or cous cous and some steamed veggies.
