I see some of the scores in the tournaments and wonder how the heck they do it. I am good enough to birdie almost every hole and eagle a few, but some of the scores I have seen as low a -30. How?

Maybe I put this question in the wrong area, I didn't say I could go out to a golf course and birdie every hole and eagle a few. I asked the question about the great bar video game Golden Tee. How are they shooting -30 in one round.

You need to learn all the quirks and cheats in the game. On many of the holes, especially par 5's, you can change the direction of your drive to aim right at the green and with a perfect shot, get on the green in one. This is how many of the players hit the many eagles and double eagles out there. It just takes practice and the time to look for all the angles to exploit.

You need to remember that a tournament consists of 4 rounds, so that's an average of -7.5 per round. Excellent golf indeed.

If you actually birdie every hole and eagle a few, well you should be a pro. Seriously, the best round ever in a tour event is 59 on a par 72 course. If you hit a birdie on every hole (forget the Eagles that you claim), you would shoot a 54. If you were that good, we'd be watching you on Sunday afternoon, not replying to your questions here.
