I would call the cops & let them know. I would also have ur daughter find out the address they r staying at so that u can go back to court & let the judge know what is going on since he is violating the court order! Good Luck! This is ur daughter we r talking about here & her safey!! There might even be a reason why he lied to the judge about his address. Either way if the court finds out that u knew this was happening & said nothing u could be in trouble for not reporting it to the judge.

Yes by all means call the police department if the non custodial parent breaks the court order. Obviously the Judge found something disturbing about the idea of the other parent having your daughter at another place. First of all if you do not obey the court order and verify where your daughter is and something should happen to her the courts can come after you to. Secondly, maybe the judge sees something you don't....I am not too sure with the way your message sounds that I would want the other parent taking my child by himself.

That seems like a lot to go through with the child's father. If he is not a danger to the child let it go. Apparently the judge was just giving you something to do because if that's the case why not just order supervised visits. Another thing stop questioning your child on what goes on when she's with dad.You are going to start something you are going to wish you had not. Her time with her dad is hers and for her not you if she wants to talk about it then you should listen but stop with the 50,000 questions when she comes home. Get a boyfriend or something. Don't make her feel she has to pick between the two you might loose Again if she's not hurt when she comes home let it go

You would think you should call the police; now wouldnt you? NOPE. ..I was told to contact the judge if my ex failed to follow through with rules and restrictions. THat is what i did and this is what I was told...and this is what i was told...YOU WILL NEED TO REHIRE A LAWYER AND TAKE YOUR EX/NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT BACK TO COURT." I was told to shell out a bunch more money for something that still probably wont get resolved; in the long run. I just keep praying and know God will look after my son(my life).

By all means, call the police, especially if your trying to accomplish trauma for your daughter. Sounds as if the custodial parent is unfit.

If you truly feel your child is in danger, do whatever it takes to protect her. But if you are just pissed off at your ex and want to punish him by using your child as a pawn, then try to realize how much that kind of crap permanently hurts a child. Don't be nasty just because you can. Only get that way if you are truly protecting your child.

If the father has broken the law then yes you should call the police unless you can talk to the father first. You do not want to involve the police unless you have to because it would be traumatic for your daughter.
