Also, the steam path audit consists of measurements of the seal height, the openings between blades and visual inspection of the blades themselves. These 'wear' measurements are used to determine the location of the most loss, the dollar amount to repair and the increase in performance. The end result is a determination of how much performance is recovered for what dollar amount.
