no, and at age twelve you should not diet because your body is going through a lot of changes and you could ruin your metabolism and cause you weight probems in the future. If you want to be healthy and in shape get a lot of excersize and drink lots of water.

Depends on your height. My daughter went to the doctor for a check-up and she's 12 and her height is 5"3 and she weighed 96. If I remember correctly. And the doctor asked me if I was starving her because she's way underweight. She showed me the chart and for her height and age she was supposed to be 120.

honestly yes...

i used to weigh like that but i'm 15

i've almost tried everything.. nearly killing myself .. and i lost like 30lbs.
which made me very skinny and i feel so confident now.
