You can't.. once you signed, it's yours. There is no 3 day right to rescind in any state in the US.

The moment you sign the paperwork and accept delivery it is officially too late.

There is no right of rescission in law in any state or at the federal level. It's a common mis-conception that you have 3 days to return a car. There is NO TRUTH in that! That "right" has never existed for car sales.

If your contract grants you a right of return then you have whatever the contract says you do. That's sometimes used as an advertising gimmick; the fees are usually equivalent to what you'd get if you simply turned around and traded it in.

Although it's not the answer you want to hear, for most states, once you sign the papers and drive off the lot, it's yours. The three day right of recission applies to deliveries done at the customer's residence, which in the business is called a hollywood delivery, but it's an urban myth that it applies to cars that the customer takes delivery of at the dealership. Although there are exceptions, like misrepresentation on behalf of the dealer or fraud, once you drive it off, you own it.
