If you're serious about learning the ins and outs of Microsoft Outlook, one way is through one of the "Outlook for Dummies" books. An example is at the below link at Amazon.com. Good luck.

1) you start the program
2) under Tools , you create the your accounts with the information given to you by your ISP. if you dont have it, contact your isp
3) once your account is set up, just hit the New Message button and you're set.

There is a Menu called Help in the program. ITs this nice little feature that has everything about how to use the progtram. Have a question, type it in the search and it will provide you with the answer. I think every program since the 80's has had this feature.

consistent with risk. consistent with risk no longer. this would be a query that in basic terms Microsoft can answer. If i decide directly to sell that I coach QuickBooks, as an occasion, I would desire to have a QuickBooks certification. To be risk-free, drop an digital mail to Microsoft. they are generally happening for combating the use of their products' names through others, and for litigation, so be careful. stable success!

I cant teach you how to use this, i only use this on my school e-mail.

Anyway Outlook is by far the worst e-mail program, you're best bet is just to use a regular email.. like Google mail (personally i think this is the best of the major e-mails) or yahoo or even hotmail, there alot easier to use.
