Muslimah God did not have Jesus killed. Jesus is God and laid down his life for us if he had not you and I would die in our sin because God is righteous.

DC: I know that Muslims do not believe in the atonement that's the point why does the Qu'ran teach the word of God is holy an Muslims call it corrupt because it does not agree with the Qu'ran.

Angels: What you say might make sense if the Qu'ran taught that the Gospel was a lie but the Qu'ran taught it was holy therefore the Qu'ran either agrees with the Bible or the Qu'ran is a lie.

Dudeman there is much wisdom is what you say even Christ taught not to give to dogs that which is holy....however I have not conceded that all who believe in these teachings are dogs but rather some are decieved and have not yet found the truth.

Poki: You are speaking for God? The Qu'ran says the Bible is true The Bible has always taught the atonement of Christ So if the Bible is not true the Qu'ran would have to be a lie. Why not answer the question!

Just My: There was no Bible when Jesus taught from scripture. The Bible was written 30 years after the resurrection. Therfore Jesus did not bring a Bible he taught from existing scripture and even fufilled scripture as in the prophesy of Isiah. He also fufilled the prophesy of Abraham these scripture existed over a thousand years before his birth he would have told you if they were corrupt not fufilled them. and these are the scriptures your Qu'ran calls holy...I want to know why the Qu'ran calls them holy? If they do not agree with the Qu'ran.

Angels: Again Jesus taught from the scripture that were already here he did not write scripture the scripture we had was the word of God. Now understand 30 years after his resurrection his deciples and others wrote the New Testament this was written more than 500 years prior to the Qu'ran now if what you say is true that man had corrupted the Bible then Why did the Qu'ran call it holy? If it was different than the Bible we now have when the qu'ran was written it means it was still uncorrupt more than 500 years after it was written and has been corrupted after the Qu'ran but the atonement is the same in all Bibles that preceded the Qu'ran.... think with the mind God gave you how can this be? I ask you to pray to God for understanding and God will reveal the truth to you. Believe the word of God not what a man is trying to teach you.

Why do you waste time arguing with these people.

There is an old saying...
"A wise man, will never attempt to teach a pig to sing. As it will only waste his time and annoy the pig. "

They just don't understand the Trinity, so they came up with this lame theory that he didn't die on the Cross to excuse it away.

Muslimah:
You were not an eye witness to the writings of the qu'ran either, yet you believe that. How is that any different?
History documented that Jesus was crucified, resurrected and SEEN by more than 500 people after he rose from the dead.

By your own Book you shall be judged by God for the heresies contained therein!

I'm kinda confused buut I'll try to answer. Jesus brought down a the true Bible (the Injeel) and preached it to mankind. The Bible you read today wasn't written and compiled until decades after Jesus and by people who didn;t even meet him. It is basically their own opinion. Through time and mass corruption the original Bible was destroyed or lost (that's why God sent down His last and final book the Koran). Amazingly, there was a sect of Christianity right after Jesus (before the trinity) called the Basilidans who believed that a substitute was crucified in place of Jesus (by the mercy of God). Trinity was not an original concept and I think it is the most ludacrous, confusing, corrupted doctrine to infiltrate the religion. Anyway, I hope i helped. God bless and peace.

Yes, I agree with you that the crucifixion took place, in front of witnesses, but it was not Jesus who got crucified.

Actually, even last night on one of the TV channels, a documentary stated that Simon came to help Jesus carry the cross on his way to be crucified, and it pushed the idea that it could've been Simon that was crucified in Jesus's place. It was a very interesting documentary. People loved Jesus at that time and it's not hard, even by you I think, to believe that someone would've attempted to gradually take his place during his torturous march to the site of the crucifixion.

So, if God tells us in the Qur'an that Jesus was not crucified on the cross, you as a Christian, have to take it seriously. You were not there, nor was I. But God is the truth and he knows what took place on that day. God is All-Knowing.

Now, if men end up changing the message of God so that your entire faith is based on the death of Jesus on the cross, then I'd say there is something terribly wrong with that, and it occured before you were born.

REPLY TO YOUR QUESTION: The original teachings of Jesus Christ (PBUH) Son of Mary, ARE authentic because they follow the fundamental message from God, who created Jesus (PBUH) out of nothing, like Adam. That's what the Qur'an teaches. What happened is that his words were replaced by words from people throughout history, and they say it was all from God, but in reality it's not. That's what is in dispute here. The modern day form of the Bible is a conglomerate of a bunch of people who wrote the teachings of Jesus after he died. Ammendments and possibly honest (or dishonest) misrepresentations were added as it got translated and interepreted that some of the fundamental and most important concepts of the Bible have changed. They are not authentic concepts from God any longer. That's what God teaches mankind in the Qur'an. There would not be a reason for Islam or the Qur'an to appear on the historic scene and re-enforce the truth, if the Bible and Christianity remained in it's authentic original format.

If God is all powerful and can do anything, why did He have to depend on someone's sacrifice to forgive people? God can do that anytime. He doesn't need anyone's sacrifice.

It's even funnier that God sacrificed his OWN son to forgive others sins. Death is the most bitter thing. And God wanted to forgive all thru someone's death?? Not regular death, thru murder, a sign of crime done by killers!

Why was Jesus, being son of God, so helpless that people spit on him, insulted him, terrorized him, tortured him and he couldn't do anything? Eventually Jesus's incapability of saving himself turned into love & forgiveness, and named "died for our sins"?
On the other hand, we don't believe Jesus was so helpless. We believe he was a mighty prophet and God saved him when Jews surrounded him to kill.

Bible was surely a valid source of truth. But it was written by people long after Jesus disappeared, whose level of knowledge and honesty is unknown. The contradictions in these books and their shortcomings are among the strongest evidence that they have been distorted and that they are not the Gospel (Injeel) that Allah revealed to Jesus (pbuh).

This was part of Muhammed lame attempt to create credibility for islam and his koran. He HAD to deny/reject the divine nature of Jesus. He HAD to reject the sacrifice for the salvation of the eternal souls of believers. He HAD to discredit the holy books of Judaism and Christianity. Otherwise, the koran would not have withstood the scrutiny of a blind man. The sad thing is that a lot of people fell for it.

I agree with you that the crucifixion took place, in front of witnesses, but it was not Jesus who got crucified. Besides the Gospel were written by peopel who were not eye witnesses so how can you say is 100% ACCURATE WHEN IT EVEN CONTRADICTS ITSELF. THE FIRST GOSPEL STARTED ON 65 AD.

Ever read the gnostic Gospels?

Also how the hell could God let a man as great as Jesus (PBUH) die like a common criminal.... Think man Think!!!!

God is is Love!

The idea of dying for someones sins would have worked if Moses, Abraham and hoah and all the prophets between adam and John the baptist had to get batize and eat the eucarist LOL that is just religious hype baby!

Ps. Please cehckeout the four different ending to Jesus ressurection: heheehe 3 women, one women, angels, by peter... better than a disney movie 4 different endings

The quran agrees n this. Jesus was born of a virgin, made miracles and was risen to teh heavens... and will come a second time. DO YOU DISAGREE WITH THIS?

The Quran says that the books in the bible specifically :
The books of Allah are revelations in the form of books or sheets sent by the all mighty unto us.The book of Psalms given to David, The Torah sent to Moses, The Gospel sent to Jesus and The Quran sent to Muhammed are among the four main books.

are the books recognizedby God!

Muslims read from the Quran because this is the last revelation from the all mighty and no revelation would be sent after this. Muslims are strongly recommended to read and learn about the other books! unfortunatelly these books might have not survived today in their original form.

30 years? OH MY GOD Read when the Gospels were written... You need to educate yourself hon!

Ummm kay!

We are using your own bible to prove you wrong baby! The bible indeed contradicts itself because it was defaced by man. The Quran is intact in its original language YOUR BIBLE IS NOT
