To answer this question we must first know how many species presently exist. The majority of scientists estimate a global species total of 5-15 million. If a single figure is to be selected than 12.5 million is reasonable at this stage. New species, including mega-fauna, are being discovered every day so only an estimate is available. The consensus opinion on the current rate of extinctions is between 50 and 150 species per day. Due to an exploding human population and an ever accelerating rate of natural habitat destruction, we are bidding farewell to 0.2 to 0.6 percent of Earth's species each year. Although this rate may not appear extreme remember that it is accelerating and it is at least 10,000 times greater than the background extinction rate, which is the natural rate of loss before the consequences of human activity is accounted. By the end of this century mankind will have driven 50 to 75% of all species alive today extinct. Thankfully not-for-profit organizations like The Nature Conservancy, Missouri Botanical Garden, and World Wild Life Fund are working furiously to preserve as much as possible before it's too late, but it is a very tough battle and financial resources are short

0% of living species are extinct.

100% of extinct species are extinct.

You need (a) a timeframe, and (b) proof that one species (say a T-Rex) didn't evolve over your timeframe into another species (like a Platypus).
