Why does Jesus not stay on Earth and spread his love around the whole universe but live in heaven? Why is this happening?
I don't understand how he must pass the messages through the Popes or Fathers. Why? Why do the job himself and get all serial killers changed into saints?

Because Jesus want to enjoy HIS retirement. Earth is full of suffering, so HE choose to ignore and avoid.

John 14:1-3 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God[a]; trust also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

Jesus has gone ahead to prepare our permanent home in heaven.

He's been here already and died for us, yet many still do not believe. Even when he was on earth in the flesh, many refused to believe. They saw the miracles and signs and still crucified him. What good would his being here in the flesh now do.

The Holy Spirit dwells within all who have accepted Jesus as Savior, so we're not left alone. It's a wonderful feeling, having that closeness with God and our Savior.

Ephesians 1:13-14 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession—to the praise of his glory

Watching a 2000 year old man walk around or a perpetually young one would do nothing to comfort people with the great news of the Resurrection or that "atonement" worked.
Since we are called children of God by the Bible and Jesus, it is natural we do our Father's work.
I am sure God is far more eager than we are to have serial killers changed, yet free will remains for all or none. W/o free will it would be like toasters trying to believe.

He does stay on earth. Jesus is in three forms. The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is on earth ministering all the time...

Good question. He did spread his love when he was here on earth, but the people of his time did not accept his love and offer of salvation. Instead they nailed him to cross and killed him. That's why he is in heaven. But he promised to come back. And when he does he is going to right every wrong on earth.

If Jesus stayed on earth, everyone would have tried to kill him again because he would've told everyone and the church that they are doing everything not according to his Fathers will, but according to their own will....since when is it God's will to molest children? And where in the Bible does it say that "a Pope or Priest" is needed to communicate with God? Blind leading the blind.....

I don't know about you, but if I had to choose between living in a world that's already crucified me once, or live with my Father in Heaven...I choose Heaven!
