I'm sure Jesus still looks the same today and he did the first time he returned to earth after the Crucifixion.

Upon being resurrected Jesus was an angelic spirit. Angels can transform their energy form into a fleshly human form. This, no doubt is done by their slowing down their innate energy particles of their spiritual bodies to form into one of matter. Thus, Jesus at times transformed into a human body to walk amongst his disciples. Out of all the times Jesus appeared before his disciples, only once is it mentioned that his body had wound holes. Jesus transformed with wound holes this one time for a specific reason. This one time Jesus transformed into a human body with wound holes to prove to Thomas, one of his beloved apostles, that he had truly been resurrected. Since this is the only account where Jesus is said to reveal wound holes it might very well be that at other times he did not walk around with would holes in the bodies that he transformed into.

After Jesus' resurrection He showed Thomas His hands and His side that was pierced:
"Then He said to Thomas, "Reach here with your finger, and see My hands, and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing." John 20:27
So we know that He bore the scars after His resurrection and before His ascent into heaven.
In Zechariah we see that when we see Jesus again we will recognize Him as the "one whom they pierced"
"I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn." Zechariah 12:10
and in Revelation 1:7 "Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. so it is to be. Amen."
The point to ponder is, why is it that Jesus was crucified?
We need a payment for sin.
Jesus shed His precious blood on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin.
What we need to believe in then, is Jesus.
"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household." Acts 16:31

Let's get this right......
I'm not a religious whack-job......
I'm a real-igious wack..... Okay....
I believe that Jesus still bares all the holes and marks of the day that men executed him.......
because a seeming devote Thomas doubted that even if he saw Christ with his own two eyes, he would not believe it until he was able to place his hand inside the hole where he was pierced on his side.......
When Christ revealed himself to them, he still didn't believe, so Christ called him over and told him directly to place his hand in that hole...... That man nearly fell out on the floor when he saw that because he felt the holes, saw the thorn marks and touched the holes in his hands......
These are his words:
John 20:25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the LORD. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
John 20:27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
John 20:28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My LORD and my God.
Your sister,
Ginger

Of course not. Jesus is not human in Heaven. Of course that's not why he doesn't have holes in his hands. Because he is not in heaven. Where is he then? Well passable you might find him among my monkey bones. Maybe he's the missing link you'll been screaming about? xx

I do not think that we can know, or that it matters that much but probably not. The body he had after his resurrection was likely transformed to a spirit body when he retrurned to be with the Father.

To show us who He really is. He'll get the holes plugged up when everyone has the chance to see him.
