Hi Jessica...there are various determinants used to guestimate a young cat's age. Teeth is one way. A veterinarian has the expertise to determine the approximate age best since a cat needs to be physically examined.
Here's a website chart on what they look for: http://www.ruralareavet.org/PDF/Physical_Exam-How_to_Determine_Age.pdf

At birth the kitten has no teeth, the eyes are closed, the ears lie flat against the head, the tail is short and triangular, and the fur is soft and downy. The kitten begins to get its first teeth when it is two or three weeks old. The eyes begin to open when the kitten is about 8 to 12 days old.
when you got the cat were the eyes open? did it have teeth... from today count how long you have had the animal... if it had teeth add two weeks... if the eyes were not open when you got it only add one week...this will be an approximate age for your cat... you may also take the animal to a vet and the vet can estimate the age by the size and development of the animal

She could be 7 month old. But for cats their age is different than us because in a year the cat is 6 years old so your cat should be 3 1/2 years old.

I believe the word you're looking for is WEENED....not winged.
And kittens are weened at six weeks. So do the very simple math and you'll have your answer.

Bring her to the vet. They can look for signs of how old it is (ie teeth, its sexual organs, etc). I hope that that helps you out!
