I wear my hair in twist outs (I twist my hair with a moisturizer, and untwist after they've set)

I usually use hair clips to hold certain ones in place and wear a doo-rag (yes... I know)

Interestingly enough, I find that my hair lasts longer when I don't wear anything on my head when I sleep. Depending on how tight or how much moisturizer I use, I sometimes only twist once a week.
