ahhh no thats not normal for anyone. If its not psoriasis. Then its just a dry scalp, actuall dandruff or you could be missing some vitamins in your food.

Not that I know of. I'm pretty sure I don't have that problem going on, and I haven't noticed on anybody else I know that's a brunette (and I know a lot).

I am a brunette and I have a flakey scalp it just isn't visible to people who aren't looking for it. And even then they are combing through my hair.

I don't think so. My scalp certainly isn't flakey. What makes you think this? I doubt hair color has anything to do with it...
