green tea is extremly good for you because it has antioxidants in it alot more than reghular Red tea is caffine free actually it is made from african rhoobis plant and has alot of health benefits with antioxidants also.... Celestial seasonings sell all kind of black red green and white tea... all BUT the red have caffiene in them Black has he most and green and white tea have about the same i think about a 1/3 rd less caffiene than the black tea. It is called black tea even though when you brew it the color is a brownish red. I hope I helped you out and visit celestial seasonings. com if you like they can probably give you alot more tea facts.
