HELP???

you are the exact same way that i am. i mean exactly. i was always really hot from trying to do my best at work and picking up the other employees workload..i think you are an overachiever
like me.......and i would run circles around all the other employees
trying to do such a good job...boy, what a waste of time....just relax and do what you can do...let them pick up the pace for a change....i worked 25 years with an HMO and suddenly became very ill and had to retire medically and now that i've had a chance to unwind (retired 2 years now) i really put a lot of miles on myself and ended up making myself so sick that i am now disabled.....so slow down, honey, the work will get done one way or another.......don't put unnecessary miles on yourself anymore....i mean it's good to be energetic and all, but do not wear yourself out !!!!!!!!

Well, I think the biggest thing about people and work in general is the mindset they put themselves in when they go to work. I mean people at work can almost turn into entirely different people. I noticed I was doing this a lot, and have been trying to correct it.

I'm sure you've heard "leave work at work" kind of quotes, and all that, but I really think the trick is just to go to work to be yourself, and try to make yourself happy as you would at home if you were doing some sort of chore like dishes or whatever.

It might not be the most pleasant thing to be doing, but it's still just you doing one of those things, and while you don't have to totally eff off, just don't lose sight of how you are.

Atleast that's my take on it.

To me it sounds more like a possible thyroid problem, which can be regulated with medication. And the meds aren't very costly at all. I went thru the same thing a few years ago.
