When you stop starving yourself and start eating the body grabs at the weight. It is not going to do you any good eating to much all at once, Just make you miserable. You need to get some idea of what your body needs to have and make a plan and stick to it with all your strength because I've been through the lack of control that follows being really underweight and it was horrible and degrading and made me I would say even more miserable than when I was dangerously thin. You need balance, Not to fall to the other extreme. I mean think about what makes you feel good inside. Food only tastes good in moderate amounts. Maybe it would be better to have something like whey protein that can help you build muscle and help your body recover. Your body doesn't just need lots and lots of any food, It needs the right nutrients.

8 granola bars for entire day is not enough by any standards. If each bar is like 200 calories you only consumed 1600 but you are supposed to eat 1800-2000 or so for a normal diet. But nobody knows how much did you slow down your metabolism yesterday by NOT eating and NOT exersising.
What will make you put on weight is the time you starve yourself, believe it or not. When you skip meals or go on a deprivation diet what happens is your body decides to store anything it possibly can as fat. Especially if you don't exersise, because your metabolism slows down. Both these things slow down your metabolism.
In order to lose weight and keep it off for good you need fast metabolism. That means exersise and eating regularly.
To offset your day of non-eating go do 30 crunches, now, that will take care of it. Go for a jog tomorrow.
But - please DO see a doctor.

when you eat very little like when you were anoerexic, your body is starving and your metabolism goes down to hold onto everything you eat...so then when you start eating again your body will keep most of it since your body isn't used to burning much. I don't think 8 granola bars is that much but I would go see a nutritionist or just start off with small things every few hours that are healthy and will keep you full so you won't binge. Also start working out so youre metabolism will speed up and your body can get back into gear

You need to get on a well balanced diet. Granola bars are like candy bars with vitamins and minerals. Just eat chicken and veggies.
And yes, you will gain weight by eating granola bars.

Your weight concerns me , I would like to see you eat much more substantial foods with lot's of meat . If your going to snack have something more substantial like a piece of cake because you certainly need to add a few pounds . You need a healthy reserve weight to fight off colds and infections . Eating healthy will help your immune system should you become ill and your body needs the fuel so you have more energy. All things need done in moderation and it seems you are going to extremes in both directions , I'd like to see you more healthy really so please try to eat right dear. I have a daughter myself who is borderline underweight and we are working with her to see that she gets the proper nourishment to reach a healthy weight for her age. Try very hard to do this okay? These difficulties can be dealt with , please don't hesitate to ask for help from family or close friends also.
I would recommend a checkup with a physician , ask your parents to take you for a checkup and speak candidly with the doctor as they are trained and can be trusted to help and have more knowledge to offer than I do. Think of what may trigger these eating problems , such as do you feel down and depressed for etc. or a number of other underlying causes which triggered these compulsions to not eat properly and write down questions and things so you don't forget to mention them when speaking with your doctor this may help so you leave nothing out .Your not alone others share your problem , help is available . Best of luck to you , you can tackle this difficulty !
